Hi Moise, welcome to the forum. Take your time chatting with the members, in doing so you can get a lot of info of things in general about Dumaguete. Making Dumaguete as your new residence perhaps, is a big jump from where you come from, and your adjustment to a new place is an important aspect. You want to ask especially the Dumagueteneos or maybe some expats who have been living in Dumaguete for quite sometime, and knowledgeable about the city. And I must say, you came to the right place.
