Hi John welcome and can I highjack another thread? lol. I have a rental question myself. I do not actually live in Cebu but I have been curious about renting a room there in Dumaguete just to keep. Its easy to find such things in Cebu but I have never seen where to find them in Dumaguete.
Knowdafish eg rental situation small place for two while we look around the area, I have passed through Dumaguete a few times when i drive to cebu from Mindanao and usually stop the night in Hotel. so need decent toilet and shower, bed and coffee making place to park the car would be handy, as cheap as i can get it as i am leaving my place and making a new start here in Philippines.
