2blackbelts, only if he had kept in touch, we could have sealed a business. We thought his silence meant he is not interested so, we looked for another builder and he starts to do some house planning now.

 

Whats Mr.Lu billing?

Actually, I don't know what percentage Mr. Lu charges. Our house is rather large, and he is also doing a house for my daughter, helpers, pools, and a seperate gym.

He is doing a fantastic job, especially with all the fill, leveling, walls, permits, and everything else in the world that has come up. I would really recommend him. He answers my emails within 24 hours, and is always sending me pictures and updates.

Just give him a call, you will be very pleased with his honesty.

I have a friend named John Uy (architect). Made some projects in St. Louis Village and the Bulakna Resort in Siquijor. Highly reccomended by me. You wont be disappointed. Im just posting options. Good day!

We are on the early stage of building our house in the Sagbang, Valencia. Right now we are grading the road that leads to the property from the Barangay road and putting up fence/boundaries. We will be working mainly with 2 people, the architect and the contractor. Since we live in the US, most of the communications will be via email. We sent our ideas for our house this week and we are hoping to get the architect's design in a week or two. ( With all the specifics, including money.) The contractor is from Valencia, born and raised, knows most of the people there. Infact, he was instrumental in finding and securing this wonderful secluded place in Sagbang, we now called "La Ermita"

Of course Marky we know the exact cost of our project, down to the centavo.

We are exceptionally pleased with the work being done. Since Mr. Lu's son is a licensed engineer and Silliman graduate, he did all of the plans, layout, blueprints, etc. It really saved us a lot of money by having him do it.

The whole complex should be done in about eight months.
