Perfectly correct - I have done this visit to major vaccination centres, only to find some closed and getting the impression that there really is no urgency here. To see why they would find it difficult to provide simple online information, just look at the official lotto site and see that they seem unable to put the draw numbers in order and can take 4 days to publish the result. This is a national organisation and the most simplest of information - but they seem unable to do it. Perhaps the slogan should read 'It's more f*cked in the Philippines'.
