Why pay taxes? That is waiste money you better can invest. As long your capital is in stocks and the dividents are "paid" in stocks you dont pay any taxes and that is in most parts of the world so. And for living you use business expenses and that is tax deductable so BIR has to pay them instead they pay BIR.
