yes that report was from Ninja and attached to an email. I thought you just wanted to know the logistics, which although the details are limited, are shown.
Here is the tracking page from Lazada, available on their site. Pretty much the same thing but available at any stage. I don't know if a package can be tracked during all stages with Ninja but I would assume it could be. I assume you have Ninja's support email and Lazada and Ninja have yours. I wrote Ninja asking
them if their support offers tracking from date of package receipt and will let you know if I get a response.

 

I received a Ninjavan delivery yesterday vendors own packaging don't know how it got here.
I regularly receive Manila Shopee by J&T Express. They use a ship from Manila to Bacolod and then by land to Dumaguete. Shipment pickup to delivery is about a week. The Manila to Bacolod ship is a dedicated run once a week. What holds up pickup to ship is if the shipment doesn't get to the ship before departure. Ordering from Shopee if using J&T Express, look at the vendors ship by date and add seven days to it when it will arrive at your house.

Tip, you will save shipping charges if you use Shopee for the same item specifying J&T Express instead of Lazada.
