yes that report was from Ninja and attached to an email. I thought you just wanted to know the logistics, which although the details are limited, are shown.
Here is the tracking page from Lazada, available on their site. Pretty much the same thing but available at any stage. I don't know if a package can be tracked during all stages with Ninja but I would assume it could be. I assume you have Ninja's support email and Lazada and Ninja have yours. I wrote Ninja asking
them if their support offers tracking from date of package receipt and will let you know if I get a response.
