If you agree with 80% of my assumptions, I guess it fits. 80-20 Rule See if you agree on 80% of the following: 80% of guys here are either married or have a live in partner 80% of foreigners here met their wives through internet, texting, or dating service 80% of the guys here have had at least one prior marriage 80% of the guys here are over age 55 (probably more like over 60) 80% of the guys here are not really working (although may be collecting income) 80% of the guys here have at least a 36” waist 80% of the guys here do not have children from with current Filipina wife/gf 80% of the guys here don’t speak the local language 80% of the guys here go to Robinson’s Mall at least once a week 80% of the guys here own or ride a motorbike

I'd guess your assumptions are correct. But I've never been married. No partner, don't want gf. Under 55, working here, one size below a 36, can manage in the local language if they speak to me like a small child, and only go to Robinsons when there's an all-day brownout. (Good place to cool off and charge my phone, otherwise pretty close to useless.) I have a motorcycle though. :-)
