Airport terminal fees

    Are the terminal fees still 30php here in Duma and 200php in Manila? Thanks!!

    Actually, I guess I didn't really specify if I was needing domestic or international, so probably my fault!!

    It is only Philippine airports that collect terminal fees. When I left HK early this year, I was surprised that they did not collect any fee at all, considering that their airport was voted the best in the world for seven (7) consecutive years. I guess it is only Philippine airports that collect terminal fees.

    There are more countries that also collect terminal airport fee from departing passenger. I.c. Brazil, at least they still did it in 2010. The reason why a system like this is still being maintained; money collecting this way can much more easily be transferred to destinations than actually meant for. But it's only a guess of course.
