    Well I would sure not have lived in the Philippines, if I were a pig.
    I doubt there is a place more far from the "Pig Heaven" than there.:smile:

    During the blessing of my house in Bacong we had 4 pigs. These to for Lechon and two 75 kilos each for ordinary dishes.
    The two big ones I only videoed. (no photos).
    And there will always be a mystery to me how small philippinos are able to eat so much during so short time.:D

    And also consider doubling your food preparation. Guests customarily expect "bring-house" food...meaning when they leave your home after a meal, a gracious host will always offer some food to go!

    wow its look like parade of soon to be lechon... and the way they prepared it is looks just that easy to... even the site where they cook it is just like they grilling big BBQ. for that price its ok lang...its not cooked yet so they are still not lechon.... thanks for posting it,, at least some info about your lechon.. there is also big discount for the DI member? if we order? i hope so,,, he!!!he!! joke joke joke,,,
