Is there a BPI, with ATM?

Hi! Yes, both of those banks are here in Dumaguete, and I believe both have ATMs.

 

Both are there (in Duma !) and of course they have an ATM

 

I know I am just too nice for the world ... :p

there will be the day we charge for the Info given already many times on the forum and the content pages of dumaguete info...

By the way, I did in fact, use the search function. I searched "bank" and "banks". Then I spent over an hour, reading very interesting old threads that had nothing to do with location of a PNB or BPI with ATM in DGTE. KWIM?

 

BTW, spend 0.02 seconds (according to the search result) looking for ATMs

can a foreigner open a bank account in PH for US$, Euro with an international bank (HSBC, which is only in Cebu i understand ?)
and a local currency Peso account with a local bank for atm purposes in Duma
before doing so is a special visa required (retiree visa or so ) or can any passing tourist open an account. what are the pre conditions set ?

plan to move to Cebu / Duma but would be nice if could get money in
