Nashville (and I'm sure other cities) have bars on wheels that people sit at and pedal it around town. That would be interesting to see someone try in the Philippines.
they used to have something like that for rent in Berlin, a hit with bachelor parties from all over europe. not so popular with the locals though since they always seemed to end up blocking some road
It would be a great for ex-pats but I think they would employ 'helpers' to do the pedaling so they can concentrate on the VERY IMPORTANT part.
