hi, i'm planning to spend some nice quiet time in dumaguete. can you guys recommend places where i could rent a bike so i could use it to go around the city? I'm thinking of fixed gear bicycles, i know motorbikes are huge there, but i want to do some quiet pedaling.
It might be just as easy to buy one and then present it as a gift to someone who has been helpful to you when you leave. A passable 10 speed is about 4K pesos. I'd also suggest that you prowl the bike repair shops once you get here.
