Pretty sure an ex-workmate was living there, but he went to the US about a year ago to recharge the bank account - I'm still in touch. Has a local wife....PM me your email address and I'll forward it to him. I know he likes it there a lot....and there are far more expatriates there than you'd expect. He was there long enough to know everything about the island....assuming it is the island he was living on...Like I say - I am pretty sure....off Samar etc...
