Guys, So when will the Buglasan Festival happened???? I've been waiting for it to happened October (just like last year and the other year).... how come nothing happened this october?????

Ok Thanks Proggy. Hmmm isn't it a little too far from what was normally October? I thought they are going to coincide it with Dumaguete's Sandurot on November 18th.
