    An article on the news said that the LTO is going to enforce the lack of registration on motorcycles more agressively. They went on to say that there are 1 million motorcycles that do not have registration here.
    Only I million??????
    And then there is the no driver's license issue also.
    This is your "joke for the day".

    Maybe if the local cops had motorcylces AND wore helmets the law might be taken seriously! :D
