Is there a Fitness Center in the area??Are shorts/T-shirt appropriate dress for the boardwalk area..? I see people dress like that in Cebu and it looks out of place..
boardwalk? you mean the boulevard? hahaha.. well most of the people i know are always in shorts and tshirts unless we go into Don Atilano or Mamia's to eat.
Lucky no one yet started walking almost bare or in their bikinis along the boulevard for reasons of heat and killing humidity, that must be so nicely unusual for this gentle city.:D
