    could any one tell me how many pesos i am allowded to bring into the country before i have to declare it at customs or are they relax if you dont declare it thanks

    Last I knew it was 10k allowed to take out bringing in I guess is the same but Dont woorryabout customs checking cash coming in.

    Might be simpler to bring in dollars or other foreign currency. You can bring up to $10,000

    Traditional wisdom still applies: don't carry coal to Newcastle. Bring your hard currency, whatever it is. Don't worry, you'll find a buyer - usually loitering outside every bank.

    Just bring your own currency and have it changed in any money changer. Go to optimum or kents cellshop... They have high rate there...
