⌛ Dauin to Sipalay

I should be in Sipalay around 2pm.
What time should I be leaving from Dumaguete by bus? Could I also hop on the bus in Dauin or Malatapay? Which bus is the fastest? Is there V-hire doing a part of the trip (as there are no direct buses I guess).

By the way, is it faster to take a bus to Kabankalan and from there to Sipalay instead of changing buses in Bayawan?

I don't want to stay in Sipalay, just go on a safari. And my camera is new, I have never posted pictures. You should find plenty of pictures on the web from Sipalay beaches, they should be much better than Dauin/Malatapay, but I do not really remember. It rained while I stayed there, and the diving was not good.

I have seen a pictures of sipalay posted online flickr,pbase etc but not much of them...anyway thanks.
