The Teletech call center is now there. The future amenities of the business park include among other: retirement homes, 4 star hotel, concert park, a display center for export products, 3 star movie houses, etc. Palafox Architectural Firm, ranked 96 in the top 200 companies worldwide in the field of architecture is commissioned to develop the said prime property. City Administrator Dominador Dumalag Jr. said that the structure should not be a cause of concern to businessmen in the city since the projects are not supposed to pose serious competition on their respective establishments. In fact, they will complement them and will cause more job oppotunities for the people of the province. Currently, Robinsons is building a 2 storey mall and is intended to be finished by October this year.
