Not all lots in Valencia without proper docs.

I am also a Filipina, i bought a property in Valencia but with a complete titles. Not all properties in Valencia that does not have proper doccumentations . It just happen that your relatives meet those case. Anyway, if you are aware on documents that should be the first thing you are going to consider in buying a property and you should reseach the property that you wish to buy before deciding anything.
