    Hi there Balustre. You really have a keen eye for detail. Thanks for posting these photos. Is the Carabao statue still there infront of the Capitol building? It made me remember when we were still kids, we used to play and mount on the carabao statue every Wednesday afternoon after Mass.

    Eaglescout, the carabao statue can not be seen in the pic because it lies hidden on the right side of the pic.
    I like the Capitol's grassy grounds.

    balustre. you are just so nice to us sharing all this wonderful pictures there, thank you so much...i miss the avocado.( my favorite fruit), i felt homesick again.

    My Dumaguete

    Appreciate it very much "balustre." All those pictures made nostalgic. We used to play at the foot of the bell tower back in the early 80s. And the capitol where we used to climb to cherries tree left side of the main entrance and I love to buy all those delicious fruits from the market 'coz our house is just walking distance. Now I'm in the Lone Star state. Hope to see more pictures within Dumaguete! Tks!!!!:smile:
