I was busy chasing the waitress for cold SMB, as I can't drink warm SML and Beer na Beer without turning my stormach inside out, and wouldn't be appropriate for the grandopening ceremony and blessing I guess...

Anyway, what Duma really needs is a PROPER fish and chip shop which wraps up the take out food in newspaper. That should keep young yabs happy.....

Fish and chips

Here's a fish and chips order I wish will come to fruition in Duma:

 

hmmm....Edelweiss...good location...but I don't like the food there...
I tried spagheti carbonara...and my friend wienner shnitzel...
for us those 2 things are better in WHY NOT or COCO amigos
and also the aircon is 2 strong....oh...and the pinneaple juice is mixed with watter...I like the uniform of waitress...that was the only thing that remined's me on Austria
but..don't forget...that's just my opinion

the food and drinks at edelweiss is simply the best in dumaguete and for guests who apprciate to eat at a nice place with great ambiance with an austrian flavor to eat the best food in town.
to compare edelweiss to why not is a joke. try to sit down at why not ,squeeze yourself to a table with bricks at your back.if that what you enjoy , for sure you better of at why not.
compare and to seat at a elegant and comfortable smooth leather seat at edelweiss.

could it be that you don't do yourself a favor with digging out 2 month old threads and make that kind of statements? I am sure you are joking to say your schneitzel and cordon bleu and meat dishes are better than Casablanca and fish better than in LaBaz. Your dishes are mostly above average for dumaguete as the pricing is, so that should come along together.

I understand that you are proud of your nice place and it is one of the nicest set up in Dumaguete, but it is very far from simply the best (like you stated), very, very far.
