    I don't know if it's just my age , but I wasn't thinking of a facial muscle exercise when I watched this. Also, they missed one of the benefits, keeping the old man happy.

    Facial Muscle Exercise

    This video comes from an actual video series called ‘Face Gym'. The creator of this video is Ms. Asha Bachanni, a leading Aesthetic Consultant who has designed a facial muscle exercise program to help people achieve a well toned, sculpted & youthful face. Her aim is to make people realize that fitness is not limited up to the shoulder level only, but also above it.
