hi everyone! this is my first posting. my husband is from dumaguete but we are staying here in manila. we have 2 children, our son is already a graduate and working as an animator while my daughter is in her fourth year taking up bs chem/materials science in engineering. we are currently selling some dumaguete properties and wondering if anyone could advise us what the fair market value is and best way of how to advertise this there. is it advisable to get a broker? the property (lot only) at sl teves subd. calindagan is the property that we would like to initially put up for sale. hope to get feedback/advise. thanks everyone!
broker thanks for replying. my sis-in-law already contacted one. is it unethical to get another one? at least if there are two of them working (independently) on it maybe it will facilitate the sale faster. would love to be able to visit the place again. maybe someday soon! thanks. fenny
