    Does anyone know if the definition or image be sharpened when you zoom in on Dumaguete?:

    when you use Google earth right now, thats the last resolution you can have, unless City government of Dumaguete will a few bucks for overlay pictures and send it to Google.

    It is not possible.
    As long Google dont have the right pictures for that area it will be the way it is now.

    yea, too bad, same thing for Siquijor. I would like to look there also because we have a lot there, but can not see it on google earth. Thanks for the replies

    for sure its possible, Cebu city and other cities has done that, Dgte City government would be foolish enough not to inquire the right format.

    I think it has more to do with the satellite imaging than the local governments. Google is redoing a lot right now, rural areas have improved greatly even in some areas of the U.S. over the last months. Slowly they are improving the resolution. Individual city maps with building locations may be another issue, I am not sure about that one.
