⌛ Good pork lechon

Hi guys, who can recommend a delicious pork lechon....i heard it's in bagacay or talay....there is somebody can cook good lechon (roasted pig),

Is there bad lechon? Seriously, I've had it all over the country and it's always been good. Bit hard to stuff it up. I know it's not PC, and one bite takes ten years off your cardiac system (if I listen to my wife)....but I love lechon. Been delicious everywhere for me so far....

I have no idea what you talking about, but there is always a good and a bad side if a Lechon... hehe:p

 

Watch out for trichina worms in uncooked lechon! Better cook the lechon into "paksiw" thoroughly.

Just wondering

Can it be lechon if it is uncooked ? I thought that would still be raw pork not lechon...eating raw pork bad idea..
