I am new to this forum.... Please share your knowledge of living in Dumaguete with me. Seeking information concerning buying home/land there. Also monthly expenses. I have been told the ocean breezes make Dumaguete comfortable for an Up-State Snow man as myself. Also is there an American population there? My Fianc'ee and I are very much interested in Dumaguete.
