    No fat needed for beef round. Just some onion & garlic, press into patties, freeze separated in plastic for quick burger meals. With luck with Gardenia burger buns sometimes found at Robinsons.

    I fried some ground beef last week, loads of saturated fat left in the bottom of the frying pan.
    just think all that fat going into your body. No its not healthy is it. !!! I strain all the fat off, before I will eat that stuff .

    Of Coures fellow members, If you choose you own meat to Mince/Grind, the fat content, can be eliminated, Your own Mincer/Grinder will be the best Idea all round :D Just a Thought and OMHO!
