⌛ Halloween in Dumaguete

Lets make a plan for next wednesday Halloween, are there any special things going on in the city,

I know that it should ba great thing somehow, but the only party I hreard about is at Devlin's. So I may jump om my bike head to town for a bite to eat at Carmines italian restaurant and will fill my memory-card after that at the Halloween show at Devlin's.
