    If any of you have a problem with hart palpitations Magnesium Chloride might be just what you need. I discovered it doing research on the net and it has a broad range of benefits. I got some from the states and my heart palpitations are just about non existent. One or two every week or so, if that.

    At our age we need to do a little preventative maintenance :smile:

    Good suggestion!! Talk to your doctor before taking magnesium chloride, though, and read up on side effects and other drug interactions before taking. Here is some good info: magnesium chloride - MSN Health - Medications
