Forgive me for saying so but.....Be careful of taking Diazepan long term as it's known to be addictive......There are some excellent masseuse's in Philippines as well as Thailand worth a try. JB

You are quite right !! and i know what you said about addiction.
Unfortunely it was after the Tragic Death of both of my parents in a house fire and my health not being good i was given meds in the UK then by my Doctor in Spain. But in Thailand i could not get them so a low dose of Diazepam was the only option so now i am looking for an alternative.

Remember reading somewhere on the forum about a faith healer (a Nun I think)

There is a chiropractor here . His name is Mike, he lives in Sibulan. his # is 0999 576 7804.I used him once. He will come into town and he charged me 1000p , kind of hi. But he is the only hi way in town. Try to get him to lower his price. Good luck. He works out of a upper room at Happy Fred's or as someone said, unhappy Fred's
