⌛ Hello Dumaguete

My wife Era and I are relocating to Dumaguete effective April 29. We find this site very useful. We live in Arizona and Oregon. My wife is Filipina and I am German born. Looking forward to meeting other members. Mike

Luckily you go the other way than the Europeans go to the Philippines otherwise you had maybe to postpone your flight due to the vulcanic eruption in Iceland.
But let it become for you both the best move you've ever made.
Although......Arizona I know a bit. Beautiful State.
Maybe you gonna miss Sedona or the dry heat of Phoenix
Be aware that there are many forum members here who want to drink that cool one with the two of you.

 

Thanks Jellyfish, we are now in Oregon enjoying lovely cool spring weather. The Islandic eruption is causing quit a mess. We feel positive about choosing Dumaguete, it has more to offer than many places we have been in the P.I. in my opinion. As with all places there are shortcomings, but nothing that can't be overcome with a cool San Miguel and good friends.
