Im just new to this site, but have looked at it from time to time, i have been to Dumaguete once and circumnavigated the city riding a scooter, yea we drive on the left here. My girlfriend lives in Duma.but we spend our time when im in RP in Cebu,however if my govt. dont issue a visa on this occation for the asaid gf i will come and live there for an extended period so i will be looking for a place to rent or buy, but i will just let it develop at this stage. Are there anyother kiwi's there in Duma.? i would like to hear from you if so. kind regards eveyone Andy
