Hello I am from Canada and my name is Jack and I have followed this thread for some time. There is some valuable information on here and it's a good place to share ideas and our experience here in the Philippines. I am married and living in the Valencia area. I am retired full time and don't need any kind of work or job to keep me busy Between working out, swimming and spending quality time with my wife the days fly by. Hello, again sorry for the delay in replying, I totally forgot about this forum. I moved to Valencia in January 2014, so we have been here just over 2 years. It is very quiet here and also the mountain air is clean and much cooler than in Dumaguete. Where are you located?
Hello sir, welcome to the Philippines. I am assuming you are in Dumaguete now? If so there is a nice place to snorkel in Dauin, close to the public market. There is a fish sanctuary there and it is quite nice for snorkeling. If you have been here since December I would think you probably have already discovered this I am from Toronto my self and will return to Canada sometime in May. Cheers, Jack
