    well, it seems one has to introduce oneself quite formally, getting bothered by repeated reminders, hey.

    i am a swiss who lives in the middle east since 1979 and is now going to retire in dumaguete. i got a nice filipina wife who is going to give birth to our daughter here in riyadh next month. we shall arrive in duma in nov and stay at the edelweiss.

    i am not yet sure what exactly i will do in duma, maybe build a house (or buy one), maybe build some apartments or dormitory for students, maybe just nothing; i will have to buy a car to be able to move around in comfort; the rest i will see.

    i may ask some questions on this or that and inquire about some properties or lots during this time.

    hope to enjoy my retirement (or semi retirement) soon.

    The best thing to do is NOTHING but maybe that won't take too long :smile:
    I hope all gets well next month with your coming daughter.
    Take your time the coming days to read a lot on this forum.
    After these weeks you won't get time likely: changing pampers, washing the baby, helping you wife, coocking :smile::D

    well, we will see, philippina wives usually know to take care of babies well; one question, i tried to make direct contact to derivate guru, i am wondering what derivates he is trading or investing in? but somehow i still did not get the way to do that
