    Here is a pick of the big house under construction and the little house already done. There are lots of days that I am ready to come live in the little house:wink:

    Especially with winter coming.

    over the river and up the hill from Sibulan. Sorry that's the best I can do for directions I don't know the street names and the map that I have does not show the names either.

    It is north of the Golf Course if the helps you get the idea of the location.

    Yeah I love the view too. I had been on that spot when I visited Dumaguete when my wife and I got hitched. So when it came up for sale I was very happy to buy the lot.

    We have a ways to go and lots more :greedy: to come up with to finish the project. Just hoping to get it all done and be there this time next year.
