Finally after a lot of trouble at work, my next trip to DGTE is settled. Travellin the 6 of June and the next coming 6 weeks.

Seen your beautiful house and your happy family and these makes me a heartwarming to pushthrough my plans in living there in the near future.Me and my husband is planning to move out from switzerland and live in Dgte. for the rest of our lives....

 

Now this years trip to DGTE is closing in. 14 days to go.

mr.blackline,honestly the driver was not overpricing..it was exactly a fair price for you and him.you see, you took a pedicab from dgte. all the way to bacong and that was a direct trip for you.and he did not pick any passengers..i think it was fair enough..bacong is outside of dumaguete..you can pay pedicab drivers with the amount of 20 or 25 pesos if you took a pedicab from downtown to batinguel..not dgte. to bacong....

 

I would pay the same amount. And I'm a Filipino and local to Dumaguete.

 

Well, This was quite some years ago. 100PHP is nowaday price. And since I have been in DGTE since 92 i knew the prices. It was basically Twice price at that point of time. Even thirty was a normal price for a Pinoy.
Anyway this is past time.

 

well, you maybe true since it happened many years ago..but you did know the prices then..why didnt you complain or find another pedicab to take you to bacong..there were many pedicab drivers before who were very nice and easy to negotiate..that would have been a very good idea..right?
