    I am Michael Dickens. I am from Maui Hawaii, USA...I am a doc with a clinic there. I have a filipina fiancee from Mindanao. She just graduated with a BS in Accountancy and is studying for her CPA. We visited Dumaguete and Bohol a few weeks ago. Bohol was beautiful but hot and Dumaguete always had a nice breeze blowing. Both are beautiful places.
    Looking to retire to Dumaguete on a 13A visa eventually.
    I was curious if anyone knows what the financial requirements are to prove financial support capabilities for the 13A visa???
