    This lake is now accessible in less than an hour's drive from the highway. I saw grebes in this lake years ago but didn't see any recently, instead, I saw a large woodpecker but quite elusive to the camera.

    Pond on the way to Lake Balinsasayao

    Before reaching the lake, there is a picturesque pond at the foot of the hill leading to the lake.
