    I guess i should ad this thread to go along with the local food...

    Whats the best beer in town?..right now i'm drinking a Yuengling black & tan, and just wondering what good beers are available....

    Beer is very much a matter of personal preference: within prescribed boundaries. I understand that there are even some unenlightened souls who do not prefer to drink it ice cold.

    The only further qualification I would add is the 16th century Bavarian purity law. Beer consists of water, yeast, hops and malted barley only. Anything other than these four ingredients is some other beverage. It is not beer! Budweiser fans take note: there is never rice in beer. What you are consuming is, therefor, something else. Period! Full stop! End.

    There is no rice in Budweiser...

    ...at least not in the original one which is about 100 years older than the colored-chemical- cowp..-mix what some people think is budweiser...

    but ok, tastes are different and if the culture demands that strange stuff in beverages, so let it be... I remember a guy pouring cherry-coke into 18 year old Glenfiddich ...

    Oh but you have tasted sheep dip, it's called SMB! SMG must be San Miguel GOAT? BNB a little lighter than SMB, but similar flavor.
