Hello,

I really like to get an Open Water Course, but the thing is i don't know where i can get the cheapest or a "local rate". most dive shops told me i can get it cheaper if I'm in a group, how many people need to join to be considered a group? 2? 3?.... Also after getting licensed(OPC) how much are the current local rates per dive.( I already have the gears or equipment, well technically its not mine but my cousin is willing to let me use:confused it once i get certified.
