Hi. I'm looking for a good friend and ex-workmate who retired from his work in San Francisco and moved everything back to his family home in Dumaguete City about 7 years ago. All along we've been in e-mail contact...But this stopped during the month of October 2009. I've tried again and again to get a response, but now am becoming very apprehensive over his silence. He told me he's had a lot of trouble with his internet provider these past few months - but they are working on the problem.
