Those of you who can remember 2 months ago - - well I found nice abode in the Goatfields of Batinguel. Used the forum here to contact a lawyer - search for "Maxino" will probably do it - best decision I've made in quite a while. Now here's the rub - back to Australia for 6 weeks while business settles - coming back to find the wife who organised all the business and the move from Cebu sitting in non-electric house after 6 weeks power still not on - "Call Lee the lawyer" I said - always kick them where it hurts. Next day power jumps from neighbors line so everything is funky but after a week still no sign of permanent connection. Doesn't matter much because most of this weekend power off with "brownouts" - so I'm getting ready for the floods - any suggestions as to where in Dumaguete you can buy hurricane lamps? Ahh well - not my worry. Other question is - Where's the Dumaguete Blues club meet?
I wish there would be a blues-club here... until that happens I stick to play noisy AC-DC in my house in Batinguel. So if you ever hear really strange noises in your neighborhood it might be Rhoody play on ten...
