Is it possible to get reliable mailing address in Dumaguete for mail to be received for person whose schedule will take him out of the Philippines frequently ?
Perhaps a small store owner (I mean the store is small, not the owner .... even though he/she might be ) would allow you to use that address for a small payment per month or perhaps per item received. But I would imagine any smart person would have to worry about receiving other people's mail.
I would be concerned that the post office would not deliver it to anyone except the person named on the envelope. They have done that to me. When I am not home and a letter comes then they leave a note that I have to go to the post office and pick it up. They won't just leave it in the mail box or give it to the wrong person. NOTE: that depends on the post office and how they feel that day as I did get a credit card delivered to the wrong people one day. Good thing they were honest folk.
