    Is it possible to get reliable mailing address in Dumaguete for mail to be received for person whose schedule will take him out of the Philippines frequently ?

    We used a P.O. box for most of our mail.

    Perhaps a small store owner (I mean the store is small, not the owner .... even though he/she might be :smile: ) would allow you to use that address for a small payment per month or perhaps per item received. But I would imagine any smart person would have to worry about receiving other people's mail.

    I would be concerned that the post office would not deliver it to anyone except the person named on the envelope. They have done that to me. When I am not home and a letter comes then they leave a note that I have to go to the post office and pick it up. They won't just leave it in the mail box or give it to the wrong person. NOTE: that depends on the post office and how they feel that day as I did get a credit card delivered to the wrong people one day. Good thing they were honest folk.

    You may be able to have the post office hold your mail while you are out of town?
