    Was past today..signs down,...painting,re-decorating?/.. Or,has Pedices shut it down ???

    San Rivals expands?

    The building on the corner is being renovated by the San Rivals bakery people according to one of my neighbors. It is supposedly going to be a fine dining restaurant.

    No, but Shakeys on the blvd is closed. Supposedly the building was sold.

    a rather rich Dumaguete family bought it. Plan so far is taking the building down, building a bigger one. As of now plans are Hotel - Apartment style.

    Thanks,...now what happens to Shakeys?

    The Ma Mias building was owned by Perdices family...shame to tear down such a nice piece of architecture..Miguel

    The only thing nice about it was the piece the public saw from the front. The rest was just an old rotting wooden building.
