San Rivals expands? The building on the corner is being renovated by the San Rivals bakery people according to one of my neighbors. It is supposedly going to be a fine dining restaurant.
a rather rich Dumaguete family bought it. Plan so far is taking the building down, building a bigger one. As of now plans are Hotel - Apartment style.
Thanks,...now what happens to Shakeys? The Ma Mias building was owned by Perdices family...shame to tear down such a nice piece of architecture..Miguel
The only thing nice about it was the piece the public saw from the front. The rest was just an old rotting wooden building. Larry
