Sorry, I think the prices on that page are way too high, and most of the places are just not availale. some of them over 1.5 years now, but still in the database... whatever place you go in the philippines, try to get a cheap room or hotel for a week, get a local driver, drive around the area you like and you will find many vacant places. Then it's up to you to get a realistic retalprice... cheers Rhoody
