New here and I have been to Cebu before but will be coming to Duma in November....I am in US actually Philadelphia area....anyone know the best way in me getting there? I see probably flying from Manila to there but its not the easiest thing to line up (times)....any suggestions or paths to take would be helpful....not really interested in taking the boat from Cebu to there.

Hi Charles D. Phipps, everytime I go back home, I always take Air Philippines to Dumaguete, from Manila. That was two years ago. Lately, I've heard rumors that Cebu Pacific is going to start their operation from Manila to Dumaguete. That would be great if they have already started. Good luck on your trip from Manila to Duma.

    flight to duma

hi! i think you just take a flight form there to manila and manila to duma. it's the best way if you dont like to take a boat from cebu to dumaguete. there are two airlines, air philippines and cebu pacific. if your taking Philippine airlines from there i suggest you take air philippines from manila to dumaguete. coz, Airphil and PAL were already in the same building (airport).

Cebu Pacific flyes MNL-DUMA since already 3.5 years. They renewed their complete fleet in April 2007, is way more comfotable and can be booked online.
I recommend CP if you stay in MNL for a few days and AIRphil if you wanna make your trip US-MNL-Duma in one go as they are (like mentioned above) in the same terminal

Just make sure that your flight from the US lands in the the morning, so you have ample time to make your flight to Duma. As mentioned earlier by other member, take the PAL/Air Phil flight to Duma so you don't have to get out of the Int'l Airport, just less hassle. Good Luck.
